DAVID STRESHINSKY
AIA, LEED AP, BD + C
As the Principal-in-Charge and President of DKY Architects, David brings more than 37 years of experience in public and private sector projects including public works, commercial, retail, hospitality, food service, office and housing/residential facilities. David is a LEED Accredited Professional and he incorporates energy saving features and environmental consciousness into projects. When David isn’t busy creating great spaces, you can find him racing down the slopes of his favorite ski resorts, Park City and The Canyons.
SHANTAL ALVAREZ
After graduating from Cal Poly Pomona, Shantal did a few years free-lancing as an interior and spatial designer. With her Multidisciplinary background Shantal brings creativeness and good eye for design to DKY Architects, her knowledge is a great asset for custom homes and hospitality. She is really passionate about the creative process and the story behind a design, drawing inspiration from her love for traveling.
Matt Kim
Mr. Kim is a graduate of Woodbury University located in Burbank. He has a keen eye for design and can create projects in many different styles. He has a very positive attitude and will jump into any challenge that is thrown at him. He has extensive residential experience ranging from remodels and additions to large custom homes. Matt works well with the clients and agency staff.
ANNA ALDRIN
Anna has been a designer with DKY Architects ever since she graduated from Cal Poly Pomona. She is an integral part of the team and handles multidisciplinary projects from the schematic phase to construction administration. As a Swedish native, she draws inspiration from Scandinavian design. Anna brings fresh new ideas and solutions with her unique design sensibility and problem-solving skills.
June Lee
June is a graduate of Woodbury University located in Burbank. He is very knowledgeable and thinks ahead when it comes to construction drawings and constructability design. June balances creative thought with functionality which is expressed in his work. He is extremely proficient with Revit and associated design / drawing software. June manages both design and construction projects and is adept with working with sub-contractors. He often takes responsibility for quality control review of the project documents.
