TDS designed and developed a cabin and ADU on an extremely steep, challenging site. The construction required precise coordination with the surveyor, grading contractor, and foundation contractor. The completed development includes a four-bedroom cabin with a two-car garage and a separate single-car garage alongside the driveway at the lower section of the site.
